Change behaviors and patterns of OCD

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder is a disorder that can improve with treatment. Individuals with OCD are often bothered by troublesome thoughts or engage in receptive behaviors. Some people may experience both. These thoughts and actions can be disturbing for the person and may interfere with normal daily routines. Treatment for OCD involves using a type of cognitive behavioral therapy that involves a gradual and systematic response that reduces behaviors and thoughts. Treatment is usually between 15-20 sessions that last between 60-120 minutes.
